Concept:

(Truth/Facts): Dog’s behavior is not sick, but because of their eating habits, they often fall ill.

Explanation:

Dogs are notorious for eating anything and everything. Because of this, they are likely to get sick therefore people who are not feeling well are often described as being sick as a dog.
